Quality is part of our corporate strategy
One important method which we use to achieve our quality goals is
Six Sigma. The advantage of a scientific, methodical approach for measuring quality is that it can be used universally in all areas. Processes are easier to compare. Furthermore, the data measured make it easier to correctly identify problems and make objective decisions on how to solve them.
The DMAIC method (= acronym made up of the first letters of the five different words) concentrates on identifying and solving the problem using a set of well-known, time-tested tools.
Quality benefits everybody
Experience has shown that every improvement in quality makes the company more successful: As quality improves, costs fall and productivity rises. Better quality and lower costs lead to larger market shares, guarantee long business relations and, in the final analysis, also enable us to offer even better development opportunities for our employees.
