Our ista culture
Our corporate values, the Shared Values, serve as a guideline for everyday work and help people to make decisions. They apply to every single individual – but in particular of course to the managers for whom the Shared Values are intended to be both an incentive and obligation in their daily work and in the leadership of their staff.
We appreciate a comprehensive and continuous flow of information to our staff. There is constant, intensive exchange of information, thanks to our company journal, the intranet and regular informational events.
Our regular and worldwide staff survey supports this exchange of information. The results are analysed systematically and with specific measures we create an even more motivating working environment.
We are also a strong team aside from in our daily work: each year our staff rises to a special challenge—the ista Soccer Cup. Alongside the sporting competition, this football tournament has developed into a symbol for international co-operation and the variety of ista, and its effects goes far beyond the actual event.
