We are continually adapting our services to the demands of the market, a strategy that allows us to go beyond our core business in some countries and provide additional innovative services in the areas of energy data management, consumption analysis, etc.
In Germany we provide energy contracting. We supply and bill our customers, thereby maximising convenience and minimising effort for house owners and property managers. The ista Energy Pass ensures transparency and helps optimise the energy efficiency of buildings. Our energy data management tops off our portfolio of services. With our consumption-analysis activities and our web-based EDM classic we help property managers and tenants increase the efficiency of their energy consumption in private and commercial property.
Our portfolio in France includes our Tap Maintenance service that ensures all water installations are in proper working order. It goes hand-in-hand with another service: on request we will monitor overall consumption of a customer's buildings in France to enable instant registration of abnormalities and prompt repair of damaged pipes and cables.
In the USA and Great Britain we offer our commercial customers, among others, a service portfolio in the area of energy data management - in particular gas and electricity - that emphasises transparency and flexibility. With e:so internet-based customer-information systems and professional advice on energy purchasing both provide our customers with maximum control over their energy costs.
Be it at global or local level, all ista locations are synonymous with reliable service. We liaise with our customers to provide the ideal technology and service package to suit their individual needs. Our customers can choose from a catalogue of devices and configurations ranging from functional evaporators to convenient, multi-functional remote-reading systems (e.g. using radio frequency). Our trained meter readers do their work punctually, properly and punctiliously. Afterwards we collect and process all important data and send you consumption-dependent invoices at regular intervals.
