We offer our employees a wide variety of opportunities of showing and developing their individuality and personal strengths to best advantage in their jobs.

Job familiarisation: Getting off to a good start.

Even before their first day at work all new colleagues receive a welcome folder with current information about the company and their job familiarisation period. We work out individual, structured job familiarisation plans for every new colleague. In addition, we place a mentor at your side. This way we can ensure that new colleagues get to know the organisation, workflows and their tasks in the shortest possible time. All new staff get to know each other and ista at the ista base camp; the job familiarisation phase is rounded off by regular feedback talks with the recruit's supervisor.

Training courses: Always on the ball.

One focus of our personnel development work is specialised training courses for sales, service, billing and technical support staff. We offer training programmes for new recruits as well as further training courses specially designed to aid the use of new tools and processes. This way we ensure uniform quality standards and systematically enable qualify our employees to gain top qualifications.

Individual further training: Identifying and seizing opportunities.

Staff interviews are held regularly so as to give every employee the chance to develop individually. During these interviews, the employee and his/her supervisor give each other feedback and agree tasks and plans as well as how to achieve them.

In addition, we identify possible candidates as successors for managerial posts in extensive potential analysis processes. We then prepare these candidates for the new positions using a variety of development measures. This guarantees that they are optimally prepared to take on managerial tasks in future and ensures availability of in-house successors for managerial posts.

Management training: Developing potential.

The further development of our managerial staff is also a central element of our personnel development work. Therefore, we offer our managers and candidates with the right development potential a wide range of programmes and individually tailored training courses.
