Our Base Service covers all distributable cost types: heat, cold water, hot water, other operation costs (e.g. insurance, taxes). To determine the appropriate billing service and registering equipment for our customers, a detailed analysis of the property is carried out, including the supply and usage structure. All current changes, e.g. renovations, move ins/move outs, etc. are also included in the calculation. Together with our customers, we then determine the optimal technical fitting and services required. Important data changes, such as tenant, meter or billing period changes are continuously recorded and updated.

To determine which devices are best suited to your requirements, we analyse for which utility the property is equipped and how the building is used. We then supply your property with the appropriate metering equipment - suited to your personal requirements and preferences. You have the choice between different appliance configurations, from a single-functional evaporator to a multifunctional remote controlled system. Whether you wish to equip your property, monitor the functionality and calibration of your meters or adapt the current fitting with construction changes, we can manage this for you - from the first planning, the installation, to the documentation of the equipment.

Our experienced readers register the complete consumption data to a pre-arranged appointment. This takes place either directly at the meter or outside the unit, depending on the type of technical installation. (e.g. Radio Reading). We read yearly, quarterly, monthly depending on your preferences. At the end of the period, we thorougly check the consistency and feasibility of the measured values.

Consumption-based billing ensures that the energy costs are allocated fairly. Accurate user- and consumption data are of course required. Before proceeding with the billing, we provide you with the billing documents so that you can update the cost and user data. In a next step, we calculate the costs to be distributed. The energy costs are strictly seperated into heating costs and hot water costs. Furthermore we adjust the nondistributable costs, e.g. maintenance costs.

We offer our customers the cost-effective and convenient solution of rent the measuring and allocation equipment needed for the reading and billing of energy consumption. We provide you with the necessary equipment and ensure optimal maintenance service throughout the full contract period. The renting rates are appropriately due at the beginning of each billing period. In certain countries, these can even be distributed further to the users, so that the costs are passed on within the scope of the regular billing.
