COVID 19 pandemic: ista has taken numerous actions

These five values determine our actions as a company and their significance has become even more important now, in this time of a global emergency caused by COVID-19. 

Two things are our top priority: the health of our employees, customers, suppliers and partners and the fulfilment of our performance promise to our customers. This is why ista has implemented numerous safety measures and is constantly adapting them to the current conditions. 

We see it as our responsibility to support the containment of the virus to the best of our ability. Accordingly, we have issued comprehensive rules and instructions on behavior and hygiene to our employees and service partners. In addition, we have rapidly changed our working methods. A large number of our employees now work from home. We are fully accessible and able to work. If necessary, our numerous locations and employees in Germany and abroad enable us to provide our services, such as the billing of heating costs, even across locations. In addition, many of our processes are digitalized and are therefore hardly affected by the current developments. 

Appointments are currently carried out by our service partners and technicians on site at our customers' premises. Of course they pay attention to the necessary distance and hygiene rules. If customers or residents do not wish to make appointments on site due to the current situation, we fully understand this and will arrange a new appointment in due course.

Our service and delivery capacity is currently secured. However, we cannot rule out the possibility that there will be delays and restrictions in our company as well. The far-reaching requirements and rules of the German government have an impact - also on our everyday business. As a long-standing and reliable partner of the real estate industry, it is our goal to process our customers' orders in the customary quality and within the agreed time.
