Every year, ista Netherlands prepares your settlement for heat and/or water charges based on your consumption.
Your heat consumption is recorded with heat cost allocators on the radiators or a heat meter. If we also register your water consumption, you will have a water meter of ista in your property too. It is important these devices record your consumption correctly, because your settlement is based on this. Sometimes it is necessary to carry out a check or a repair if a defect is reported. For this it's necessary to visit you.
