What your role will be:

As a Microsoft Systems Administrator, you will be a key contributor to the stability, security, and evolution of our modern device landscape. You will work with Microsoft endpoint technologies — especially Microsoft Intune — to configure, protect, and manage devices that our employees rely on every day. In this role, you will support our Squad.

Your responsibilities include:

• Administer and optimize our Microsoft-based endpoint management platform (with a focus on Intune)
• Define and maintain secure device configurations and compliance policies 
• Package and deliver software for enduser devices, ensuring reliability and performance
• Implement application control strategies, including software allowlisting
• Monitor endpoints, investigate issues and support in resolving them and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with colleagues across IT, Security, and Support to deliver a seamless enduser
  experience
• Document technical configurations and contribute to best practices

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience with endpoint management technologies, especially Microsoft Intune
• Good understanding of device security, configuration management and software deployment
• Familiarity with security best practices and standards for endpoint hardening
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and quality
• Team player attitude, proactive mindset and good communication skills in English
• Bonus: knowledge of additional Microsoft cloud technologies (e.g., EntraID, Defender), German skills
