The portal provides property managers a comprehensive digital platform to easily manage consumption-based billing. Key features include direct access to and management of bills and contracts for each building. You can quickly and easily enter or update resident data, record changes and adjust energy rates. In addition, you can monitor consumption data for all your properties in real time. The portal also offers an overview of billing progress and the ability to view and export metering data for reporting and analysis. By working digitally, you reduce paperwork and save time. All of this makes energy management more efficient, transparent, and user-friendly for managers.
