As a Business Analyst, you will support the rollout of our billing system to new countries, focusing on the harmonization and standardization of business and system solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing business processes and system requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing data-driven solutions.
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to gather, define, and refine requirements for system enhancements.
- Serving as a liaison with clients, ensuring smooth communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participating in development process, supporting the implementation of new functionalities that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Analyzing and optimizing billing system functionalities that support customer processes and operational workflows.
- Helping optimize customer portal, using your analytical insight to improve operations.
- Creating and updating technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy for all system changes.
- Working within agile teams (squads/chapters), fostering a spirit of cooperation and continuous improvement.
