Your Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying and delivering RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing business processes end-to-end (As-Is), identifying automation opportunities and areas for improvement
• Identifying rule-based and repetitive tasks suitable for automation
• Breaking down processes into steps, decisions, exceptions and system integrations
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to gather, define, and refine requirements
• Defining business rules, decision points and process exceptions
• Communicating with clients to keep things running smoothly
• Participating in RPA delivery process and supporting implementation of automation solutions
• Driving process optimization and efficiency through automation
• Creating and maintaining process documentation (As-Is / To-Be, PDD)
• Modeling processes using BPMN 2.0
• Working within agile teams
• Collaborating closely with Product Owner, RPA Developers and Testers
• Handling tasks across multiple processes and business areas to support daily operations

Additional Experience & Skills

• Experience in business/process analysis (2–3 years preferred)
• Experience in documenting business processes
• Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN or similar)
• Understanding of RPA tools (e.g. Blue Prism, UiPath)
• Understanding of system integrations (UI, API, databases)

Nice to have

• Experience in RPA / automation projects
• Basic SQL / data analysis skills
• Experience in Agile / Scrum
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro
• Interest in AI / Intelligent Automation (OCR, NLP)
