Your responsibilities:

• Creating new functionalities (75%) and maintenance (25%) of internal software
• Programming of functionality based on the specification
• Participating in the processes automation in the application
• Fixing reported incidents or improvements
• Collaboration with Product Owner, testers and other team members
• Cooperation with other departments of the ista Group
• Proactive approach to problem solving

Here’s a set of skills we require:

• Min. 3 years of experience as Backend/Software developer with Java, PL/SQL, SQL
• Good knowledge of issues related to relational databases
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Domain knowledge acquisition skills
• Communication and collaboration skills
• Very good command of spoken and written English
• Openness to work in an international company

Nice to have:

• Experience with Spring Boot
• Experienced with microservices architecture
• Experience with Apache Kafka or similar messaging infrastructure technologies
• Experience working with relational NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
• Experienced with REST API development
