Your Key Responsibilities

As a Process Manager in our agile, cross-functional squad, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions in the field of measurement data management. We integrate state-of-the-art measurement technologies and utilise advanced automation to ensure our processes are efficient and future-proof. Thanks to our high quality standards, we provide our customers with first-class, reliable data – thereby creating real added value

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing business processes and system requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing data-driven solutions.
• Modelling business processes in BPMN to gain clarity on workflows
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to gather, define, and refine requirements for system enhancements.
• Serving as a liaison with clients, ensuring smooth communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participating in the development process, supporting the implementation of new functionalities that drive efficiency and innovation.
• Coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) ensuring high quality standards
• Analyzing and optimizing system functionalities that support customer processes and operational workflows.
• Creating and updating technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy for all system changes.
• Working within agile teams (squads/chapters), fostering a spirit of cooperation and continuous improvement.

 

What We’re Looking For

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher – you’ll be working with international teams and clients.
• Nice to have knowledge of German - we closely collaborate with partners from Germany
• Willingness to learn and grow – we’ll support your journey with training, mentoring, and real projects.
