Our goal is simple: make it easy for owners, operators and residents to use less energy, cut costs and reduce their carbon footprint every day.

ista is on a clear path to net‑zero emissions by 2030. We are electrifying our vehicle fleet, switching our electricity to renewable sources and continuously reducing our own energy use at offices, branches and logistics sites. In 2024 alone, we cut our greenhouse gas emissions by over 1,000 tonnes of CO₂, and we report on our progress every year in our Sustainability Progress Report. For ista Middle East, this means applying the same discipline locally: using energy and resources carefully, choosing responsible suppliers, and running our projects in a way that minimises environmental impact while maximising savings for our customers.
