Essen, 08 July 2025 – The real estate service provider ista has fully acquired FLINK Nederland as of 07 July, thus expanding its energy services around buildings and in the commercial & industrial segment. FLINK was founded in 2012 and has developed into an established consulting firm for energy procurement, focusing on commercial and industrial clients in the Netherlands over the past 13 years. The partnership aims to combine the strengths of both companies.

Strategic Step Towards Becoming a Full-Service Provider for Climate Protection in Real Estate
With this, ista is advancing the implementation of its strategy to become a full-service provider of climate-friendly, property-related services. "Our customers want a partner who can comprehensively support them in CO2 reduction, digitalization, and efficient property management. Therefore, our service portfolio will in the future also include energy consulting and implementation around the topics of strategy, energy efficiency measures, and procurement. This allows our customers to focus even better on their core business," emphasized Lessing. ista has already expanded its product range several times in recent years and offers, among other things, ESG data management, energy monitoring, intelligent heating control, EV charging, and metering services for electricity, gas, and district heating.
