Customer Service Billing Manager (m/f/d)

Here's what your responsibilities in the role would look like
  • Lead the customer service billing teams to provide reliable and effective support for customers and residents’ heat services
  • Customer satisfaction, retention and upselling of services
  • Heat network compliance and regulation accountability
  • Team management (customer service and client management)
  • Enhancing systems, processes and best practices
  • Handle escalated customer queries and complaints, implementing preventive measures to reduce recurring customer issues
  • Monitoring and delivery of customer and business KPIs
  • Monthly KPI reporting
What we require of you
  • Prior customer service team management experience essential  (3-5 years desirable)
  • Utility industry knowledge is advantageous
  • Proficiency in CRM software, ERP software, MS Office, and other relevant tools for scheduling, reporting, and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure
  • Problem solving skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to engage and motivate others

  • 22 days holiday per annum (Jan-Dec) rising by 1 day per full year employed until 25 days holiday have been awarded (exc. BH’s)
