Four steps to your new job.
We want to get to know you and find out what drives you and makes you unique. To help you feel well-prepared and confident, here’s everything you need to know about our application process.
Step 1: Online application
Apply quickly and easily using our online tool – just a few details are needed, and you can upload everything else as a file. A cover letter? This is only required for certain roles and the job description will tell you whether you need one. You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail after submitting.
Step 2: Application review
Our Talent Acquisition Partners will review your application and discuss it with the relevant team. You’ll typically hear back within one to two weeks. If you have any questions, just reach out to us. Our contact details can be found in both the job posting and your confirmation e-mail.
Step 3: Getting to know each other
We’re excited to learn more about you! Our process usually includes two interviews, on-site or virtual. Depending on the role, we may ask for work samples or assessments, and you might also meet the team. We aim to move things along efficiently, but please allow a few weeks for all steps.
Step 4: Welcome on board
If it’s a match, we’ll send you an offer – and then, there’s nothing standing in the way of your new role at ista. We’re already looking forward to having you on the team!
