At the end of the billing period, the total heating costs are divided into fixed and consumption-based costs. Fixed costs, which typically account for 30-50% of the total, include maintenance, fuel and system operation. The remaining costs are allocated fairly based on actual consumption.

Once the data is processed, each unit receives an easy-to-understand and detailed bill that combines individual usage with shared fixed costs. Each bill is legally compliant, ensuring full transparency and allowing tenants and owners to easily understand their costs.

How it works inside the building:
