By integrating with the ista web portal, the app automatically gathers and processes consumption data. Each month, it delivers detailed consumption reports to residents through a user-friendly interface available on iOS, Android, web, or email. The app visually presents this data in the form of intuitive graphs that outline consumption trends and potential savings, encouraging residents to actively manage and reduce their energy use. This automatic, digital solution simplifies the maintenance of resident data, adheres to stringent data protection standards, and offers dedicated support via a service hotline.

Yes. The provision of consumption data complies with strict data protection requirements. Residents activate EcoTrend themselves with personal access data, which ensures proper data security. Each resident receives an individual registration letter from ista.
The contract term follows the existing agreement for the ista heat cost allocation service. EcoTrend can be canceled with three months' notice to the end of a contract year.
EcoTrend can be ordered quickly and easily online via the ista web portal. After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation and contract confirmation from ista.
Via the ista web app or by email — or by post if desired. If a resident does not register digitally, their monthly data is available in the ista web portal, where the administrator can download and forward it.
Yes The requirement follows the EED directive and is implemented in the Heat Supply Act and associated regulations. When remotely readable meters are installed, residents must have ongoing access to their consumption data. EcoTrend ensures automatic and compliant delivery of this data.
