Sustainable charging solutions for modern properties.
Installing our Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations at your commercial properties is more than just an amenity - it's a strategic advantage.
At the core of our EV Charging Stations is a sophisticated technology designed to meet the fast-paced demands of today’s electric vehicles. This system transforms three-phase AC power into the DC power needed by EV batteries, using a high-power DC charger that ensures rapid and efficient charging. A critical aspect of this technology is its data transmission capability, which securely exchanges information about the vehicle and battery status, facilitating not only an efficient charging process but also enabling precise billing and user data management.

Our EV Charging Station equips your commercial property with the necessary infrastructure to meet the growing demand for electric vehicle charging. Offering reliable, fast, and secure charging options, our stations are designed to cater to all EV models, making your property a preferred destination for EV owners.

Discover the benefits of installing EV-Charging Stations and why they are a game-changer for commercial properties.
EV-Charging Stations work by converting electrical power from the grid into a form that electric vehicles can store in their batteries for future use. When an EV is connected to the charging station, the station communicates with the vehicle to ensure compatibility and safety. It then delivers electricity at varying speeds, depending on the station's capabilities—from slow, overnight charging to rapid charging in under an hour. Our stations are equipped with smart technology that optimizes charging for energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness, providing a seamless experience for property owners and users alike.
From 2025, company buildings in the Netherlands with more than 20 parking spaces are required to have at least one charging station installed. For new buildings and major renovations of buildings with more than 10 parking spaces, stricter requirements apply, such as preparing charging points for 1 in every 5 parking spaces.
These obligations are set out in the European Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD III) and the Dutch Buildings Decree (Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving, Bbl).
Updated requirements from 2026
The first requirements from EPBD IV will apply from mid-2026. More new buildings must comply with these updated requirements and include charging stations. Additionally, mandatory charging infrastructure will be installed for parking spaces at existing commercial and industrial buildings.
Yes, there are various subsidies and incentive schemes for businesses that want to invest in charging infrastructure. We are happy to advise you on programs such as SPRILA (Subsidy Scheme for Private Charging Infrastructure at Companies), which provides funding for both consultancy and the installation of charging infrastructure on owned or leased premises. This scheme is particularly interesting for businesses looking to invest in charging facilities and can cover a significant portion of the costs.
