This is what you will be doing.

Every year, we provide approximately 1,500 clients with accurate heating cost statements (billing). In addition, with Debicasso, we offer 200 clients complete peace of mind in the energy billing process. That is why we are looking for a Billing Clerk for our department.

In this role, you will see every billing query as an opportunity to surprise customers with your accuracy and service. Every day, you will be in contact with customers who have questions about their energy bills, cost allocation or consumption data. You will respond quickly to incoming emails, help customers over the phone with clear explanations and know how to make complex billing situations understandable. Even when a conversation provokes resistance, you remain professional and know how to naturally turn it into a positive experience. Thanks to your care and customer focus, every customer feels heard and completely taken care of.

  • Preparing accurate and complete energy bills (cost allocations) for our customers and acting as their first point of contact
  • Proactively addressing issues and taking ownership until the solution is fully implemented
  • Responding to telephone enquiries and emails, as well as visiting customers when necessary to explain complex situations or help find appropriate solutions
  • Analysing complex billing structures and contributing to improving processes and data quality
  • Ensuring high-quality service to every customer
