To take our technical operations to the next level, we are looking for a Data & Maintenance Team Lead who can provide direction, accelerate progress and connect people. Someone who gets energy from managing people and making processes smarter.

In this key role, you will be the driving force behind our technical project organisation. You will bring structure to complexity, ensure data quality and ensure that technology, planning and implementation work together seamlessly.

You will be part of the Technology department and report directly to the Technology Manager.

This is what you are going to do.

You are a natural connector who inspires people to embrace change and encourages collaboration. With your technical insight and operational leadership, you will take the team and our processes to the next level.

You will lead a team of project managers and data staff (13 FTE).
You will ensure data quality within the department, including the installation of radiator meters, the execution of work orders and the quality of remote meter readings, with the aim of providing timely and reliable data for the Billing department.
You will work closely with the Installation Project Manager to achieve optimal cooperation with external parties.
You will ensure streamlined planning and execution of work assignments within the agreed lead times.
You will actively liaise with internal stakeholders such as Sales and Billing.
You will optimise processes and working methods within the Data & Maintenance department, with a focus on quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.

You have at least higher professional education (HBO) level working and thinking skills, preferably in a technical field.

You have managerial experience in the energy sector, installation engineering or another technical environment.

You have an affinity with data and operational management.

You have strong communication skills and possess connective leadership qualities.

You are structured, solution-oriented and process-driven.

You feel comfortable in a role that combines technology, collaboration and process optimisation.
