To further strengthen our technical operations, we are looking for a Team Lead Project Management who will provide direction, connect and bring structure to our technical project landscape.

In your role, you will be the link between technology, project management, installers and internal departments. You will ensure that projects are smoothly prepared, executed and delivered. You will provide overview, focus on quality and, with your experience, take us to the next level in process optimisation. You will be part of the Technology department and report directly to the Technology Manager.

You are a natural connector who inspires people to embrace change and encourages collaboration. With your technical insight and operational leadership, you will take the team and our processes to the next level.

Managing and coaching a team of project managers, specialist engineers & support, work planners and logistics.
Leading the preparation, planning and implementation of projects involving heating, cooling and technical meters.
Strengthening collaboration with more than 200 installers, with an additional focus on approximately 15 strategic partners.
Optimising processes and working methods within the Project Management department.
Liaising with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Data & Maintenance.
Monitoring progress, quality and customer satisfaction throughout the entire project process.

You have at least a bachelor's degree in working and thinking, preferably in a technical direction.

You have experience within the energy sector, installation technology or another technical environment.

You have managerial experience and strong strategic thinking.

You have strong communication skills, have an affinity with project management and show connecting leadership.

You are structured, solution-oriented and process-oriented.
check
