What you need to know about Debicasso.

With the Debicasso service, ista takes over the financial matters related to the settlement of heat and water costs from your manager. In the Debicasso portal you always have all administrative and financial matters at hand.

If your manager has opted for the Debicasso service, this means that ista Nederland makes your personal statement and also takes over all financial matters related to energy supply and invoicing from your manager. 
What does this mean for you as a resident:

  • You pay your advance amount directly to ista every month
  • ista makes your final statement every year and settles with you directly the amount that you have paid too much or too little

We make it as easy as possible for you. This way you can easily pay the advances by direct debit. We also have a Debicasso portal available for you in which you can find and arrange all financial and administrative matters related to the energy bill.


Debicasso portal

In the Debicasso portal you will find the advance invoices and the annual statements. You can see whether all bills have been paid, request a change in your bank account number or adjust your advance amount. You can also easily give permission for direct debit via this portal.

To use this portal, send an e-mail with your details to debicasso-administratie@ista.nl 

You will then receive the information and login details from us to register.
