Heat cost allocator

The device that is mounted on every radiator in the building to measure personal heat consumption. We also call this a radiator meter.

Heat Cost Allocation

Consumption-based billing with ista optimises and automates the process of heating cost billing and provides residents with an accurate and easy to understand billing.

Heat Act

Variable costs (65% of the total costs) are divided among the consumptions. Fixed costs (35%) via a fixed factor, such as floor space. This is how we make the personal settlement for each resident.

Pipe delivery

The heat that is released through the pipes in the building. This heat (usually 35% of the total heating costs) is not measured and is distributed among the residents via a fixed factor, for example m2 of floor space.

Radio-readable meters

Meters that are read remotely via radio signals. A meter reader to take the meter readings is therefore not necessary. All ista meters are radio-readable.

Conversion factor

The gauges on your radiators all count at the same speed. But not all radiators are the same size and therefore do not emit the same amount of heat. That is why the meter readings are converted with a factor, which depends on the power of the radiator. This is how your consumption is created.

Consumption-dependent billing

The bill that ista makes for each resident and that is based on the actual energy and/or water consumption.

CO₂ savings

Energy savings also reduce CO₂ emissions. This helps with the clump protection.

Webportals

ista has a web portal for both residents and administrators. Residents can easily view and compare their consumption, allowing them to consume and save more consciously. Administrators enter their incurred costs and participants via the web portal. Handy and clear.

Debicasso

The service where ista arranges all payments, from the collection of advances and the settlement with the residents to the payment to the energy supplier.

Energy efficiency

Optimizing the energy installation so that you save energy without losing comfort.

Multi-utility billing

One clear bill that contains all services from different utility companies such as heat, electricity, gas, and water, based on accurate registration of personal consumption.
