The pulsonic plus P4.0 with mbus module is used to connect electricity, gas and water meters without their own mbus interface to the mbus system. On the selected recording date, the consumption values are recorded and stored.

ista's symphonic M-Bus system operates at an advanced level and enables multiple utility meters, including heat, water, electricity and gas meters, to be monitored centrally and in real time. This system uses a master-slave architecture, whereby one master device communicates with up to 2,000 slave devices (meters) and collects and processes data via the M-Bus network (Meter Bus). This wired bus system ensures reliable and secure data transmission, which is encrypted for added security. The M-Bus is designed for minimal energy consumption and can operate over long cable distances, supporting a variety of building layouts.
