Sustainable charging solutions for modern buildings.
Equip your buildings with ista’s electric vehicle (EV) charging stations to enhance your offerings and prepare your property for the rise of electric mobility.
At the core of our EV charging stations is advanced technology designed to keep pace with the rapid evolution of electric vehicles. By converting three-phase alternating current (AC) into the direct current (DC) required by EV batteries, our powerful DC chargers enable fast and efficient charging sessions. A key feature of this technology is the ability to transmit data, ensuring safe communication of vehicle and battery status, promoting an efficient charging experience while simplifying and supporting usage data management.

Our charging stations provide the essential infrastructure to prepare your residential and commercial buildings for the growing demand for electric vehicle charging. They offer reliable, safe, and fast charging for all common electric vehicles, enhancing the appeal of your property to environmentally conscious tenants, customers, and visitors, while supporting sustainability goals and compliance with future regulations.

Discover how installing charging stations can transform your property and add distinctive value.
At ista, we provide fully customized charging solutions. We are not tied to a specific charging station supplier and always focus on the solution that best fits the customer’s charging needs. Likewise, we do not work exclusively with a single installer or maintenance partner; instead, we select the most suitable partner for each project. This ensures efficient execution and that the right party can easily access the location and respond effectively.
Our charging stations stand out with smart technology and high charging speeds, tailored to the latest electric vehicle requirements. While standard chargers often provide a maximum of 11 or 22 kW, we also offer fast-charging options with DC charging starting at 50 kW and going up to 150–400 kW. This allows both slow, efficient charging and rapid charging when needed. Advanced features optimize the charging process automatically for maximum energy efficiency, safety, and convenience, delivering the right charging speed for the type of vehicle and your requirements.
In addition, we handle the administrative processing of HBE (Renewable Fuel Units) and, from 2026, ERE (Emission Reduction Units). This not only provides convenience but also offers additional financial benefits and supports your sustainability goals.
From 2025 onwards, commercial buildings in the Netherlands with more than 20 parking spaces will be required to install at least one charging station. New buildings and major renovations of buildings with more than 10 parking spaces will be subject to stricter requirements, such as the installation of charging points at 1 in 5 parking spaces.
These obligations are laid down in the European Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD III) and the Building Environment Decree (Bbl).

Yes, there are various subsidies and incentive schemes for entrepreneurs who want to invest in charging infrastructure. These can reduce the costs of purchase and installation and make it more attractive to switch to electric charging. An up-to-date overview of available subsidies can be found here (dutch).
