What Happens During a Meter Replacement?

You’ll be contacted in advance to arrange an appointment
A qualified engineer will attend the property to replace the meter
The appointment usually takes a short amount of time
Any temporary disruption will be kept to a minimum

There is no change to your supply during the replacement.

Will This Affect My Bills?

Your bills will continue to be calculated based on your actual usage. Replacing the meter helps ensure future bills are accurate and transparent. If there is any estimated billing before or during the changeover, this will be clearly explained on your statement.
