Tenant Care Advisor (m/f/d)

Here's what your responsibilities in the role would look like
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Resolve any customer queries and complaints, recognising when complaints need to be escalated to management
  • Discuss invoices and accounts with customers
  • Take and process personal payment information from customers and ensure the information is kept safe, secure and confidential
  • Contact customers to verify account information
  • Adhere to GDPR processes when dealing with customer and tenant information
  • Schedule engineer appointments with customers
  • General administrative duties
What we require of you
  • Prior non-face-to-face customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including high proficiency with email communication and good numerical skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Display exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with customers on the phone
  • An effective time manager, multi-tasker and displaying excellent communication skills is essential
  • A resilient nature with experience working in a high-pressured environment
