To successfully shape this development, we are looking for an IT Lead / Product Owner for Solution Integration.
In this role, you’ll combine IT leadership with product ownership. You’ll be responsible for the continued development of our IT organization in the Netherlands and Belgium and will play a key role in implementing international standards and digital solutions. You’ll lead a team of experienced software developers and network specialists while also being responsible for the product vision, roadmap, and ongoing development of our Microsoft-based application environment.
You will report directly to the Director and be part of the Management Team. Our office is located in Schiedam.
This is what you are going to do.
As an IT Lead / Product Owner for Solution Integration, you combine leadership, technology, and business to drive digital transformation.
IT Leadership & Team Development
- You lead the IT team, which consists of software developers and network specialists.
- You coach and develop your team members and foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- You’ll guide the further professionalization of the IT department and its underlying processes.
- You’ll collaborate with Corporate IT on the implementation of international standards and future-proof solutions.
Product Ownership & Solution Integration
- You’ll develop and manage the product vision, objectives, and roadmap for solution integration in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- You’ll translate business needs into epics, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
- You’ll serve as the link between business stakeholders, development teams, platform partners, and the headquarters in Germany.
- You’ll prioritize functional requirements and technical improvements and maintain a balance between short- and long-term objectives.
- You will manage the integration of systems within Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, SAP, and external platforms.
Digitization & Transformation
- You will map out existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- You will lead and oversee IT projects focused on digitization and process optimization.
- You will actively contribute to the further development of the application landscape within the organization.
- Drive innovation and explore new opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure that solutions meet ista’s security and compliance standards.
- Integrate security, privacy, and IAM requirements into product development and backlog prioritization.
- Collaborate with IT Security, Architecture, and Platform teams to improve reliability, quality, and continuity.
- Ensure quality and transparency within projects, products, and services.

You must have at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

You have at least 3 years of experience in a senior IT management role.
- check
You have several years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role at the intersection of business and IT.

You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft-based enterprise environments, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.

You have experience developing, implementing, and optimizing applications within complex IT environments.

You have knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps.
