At ista Netherlands, we are in the midst of a major digital transformation. We are migrating our core operational platform, a project that fundamentally impacts our billing, meter data, and customer processes in the Netherlands. At the same time, we continue to further develop our existing IT products and support our stakeholders.
To successfully guide this development, we are looking for a Digital Transformation Analyst who is comfortable working at the intersection of product development, stakeholder management, and digital transformation.
In this role, you’ll support the transformation team across the board. You’ll ensure that information is accurate and easily accessible, that agreements are followed through on, and that stakeholders know exactly where they stand. This is neither a pure Business Analyst role nor a traditional project role. It’s precisely the combination of both that makes this position so interesting.

This is what you are going to do.
As a Digital Transformation Analyst, you’ll combine analysis, stakeholder management, and project support in a rapidly evolving environment.
Analysis & Documentation
• You’ll gather and organize requirements from functional users and translate them into clear, actionable documentation for the transformation team.
• You’ll help stakeholders understand how systems work and clearly communicate the nature of reports, such as bugs, configuration issues, and user questions.
• You will reproduce and document reported issues so that they are communicated to the team in a complete and clear manner.
• You will keep project documentation up to date and ensure that information remains easy to find and use.
• You will convert feedback from testing rounds into clear and actionable items.
Transformation Program
• Support the preparation and execution of requirements workshops and project activities, ensuring proper preparation, participant selection, and follow-up.
• Plan and prepare meetings with internal stakeholders and the Shared Service Center.
• Manage actions and monitor progress by actively following up on input and pursuing it where necessary.
• You will support testing activities by developing test scenarios and translating findings into concrete action items.
Team Communication & Structure
• You will follow up on actions and agreements and monitor deadlines within the program.
• You will review and process meeting minutes and ensure a well-organized project record.
• Implement your roadmap and planning updates, and keep your to-do lists up to date and prioritized.
• Bring structure to a dynamic environment where various projects and stakeholders come together.

You have a higher vocational education (HBO) level of work and thinking and at least 2 years of experience in an IT, project, transformation, or similar environment.

You have an interest in IT and software and work well with technical colleagues.

You can bridge the gap between technical and business users and speak both languages.

You have experience with collaboration and documentation tools such as SharePoint or Confluence.

You work in a structured manner and are able to keep track of tasks, deadlines, and dependencies.

You feel comfortable in a migration or transformation context where processes and plans are constantly changing.

Prerequisite: Familiarity with agile and Scrum methodologies, such as refinement, sprint planning, and demos.

Prerequisite: Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR
