istaDES works with an independent heating company for the B2C model. For the B2B model via an ESCO, ista works with reputable partners. This gives you flexibility in your choice to bill your users' heat consumption according to tenancy law or the Heat Act. The heat tariffs are determined annually in consultation with you, the heating company and ista. This gives users the certainty that they will not pay too much and gives you the opportunity to invest in sustainability measures.

Before management of the communal installation can commence, istaDES determines its status by means of a readout. The (communal) installation must meet a number of criteria before management can be taken over. After completion of the readout phase, you will receive a readout report for each location.
