To successfully deliver our technical projects, we are looking for a Project Manager who can maintain an overview, build connections and manage projects tightly from start to completion.
As a Project Manager, you will work within the Technical Department and act as the linchpin between Sales, clients and external installers. You will manage technical projects, monitor progress and ensure they are delivered correctly. In doing so, you will collaborate with various colleagues and external parties whilst maintaining an overview throughout the entire project.

This is what you are going to do.
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of technical projects and ensure they run smoothly and according to plan.
• Coordinate technical projects from start to completion and monitor the schedule, progress and quality.
• Coordinate project progress with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain close contact with external installers and ensure that work is carried out as agreed.
• Organise and plan work and meetings for colleagues involved in various stages of the project.
• Plan and facilitate kick-off meetings and ensure that all parties involved know what is expected of them from the outset.
• Record process agreements and project data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise the installation and handover of heat meters and coordinate any necessary repair work.
• Ensure a clear handover and proper completion of every project.

You have a higher vocational education (HBO) level of working and thinking, and an MBO+ or HBO qualification in a technical field.

You have extensive experience of project management in a technical environment.

You have a good knowledge of central heating installation technology.

You have excellent communication skills and can easily switch between different stakeholders.

You work independently, maintain a clear overview and, at the same time, are able to collaborate effectively.

You have a customer-focused approach to your work and are not afraid to provide guidance where necessary.
