To successfully shape this development, we are looking for a Process Information Analyst who can effectively integrate processes, information, and IT.
In this role, you will play a key part in the further development of our organization. You will map out processes, capture critical knowledge, and translate complex issues into concrete improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), project teams, and various departments, actively contributing to a future-proof design of our processes and systems.
This is a senior, advisory role in which you operate independently and serve as a strong point of contact for stakeholders, management, and subject matter experts. You will help the organization not only to document processes but also to critically assess, improve, and prepare them for the future. Our office is located in Schiedam.
This is what you are going to do.
As a Process Information Analyst, you combine process analysis, information management, and IT expertise to further professionalize the organization.
Process Analysis & Knowledge Preservation
- Map out your business processes and document them in a structured manner.
- Critically review and validate information from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) before documenting processes and procedures.
- Preserve critical knowledge and ensure that key process information remains available and up-to-date.
- Conduct gap analyses between the current and desired situations and translate these into concrete improvement proposals.
- Identify where documented procedures deviate from daily practice and recommend appropriate improvements.
- Document your processes, procedures, and information flows in a uniform and future-proof manner.
Process Improvement & Transformation
- Independently support and advise on the transformation of ista processes by introducing structure, insight, and assurance.
- You analyze process and information issues and propose solutions that contribute to a more efficient organization.
- You collaborate with various departments to develop and implement improvement initiatives.
- You actively contribute to migration and transformation projects where processes, information systems, and IT converge.
Information Systems & IT
- You translate business needs into information needs and support the further development of information systems.
- You work with process and architecture models and ensure a clear documentation of systems and information flows.

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, for example in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

You have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in process analysis, process optimization, and/or information management, with demonstrable experience in a migration or transformation context.

You have proven experience with BPMN 2.0.

You have experience with LEAN or Six Sigma, preferably at the Green Belt level or higher, and have a proven track record of applying these methodologies in practice.

You have proven experience with at least one process modeling tool, such as Visio, ARIS, Signavio, or Bizagi.

You have proven experience with at least one documentation platform, such as Confluence or SharePoint.

You work independently and in an advisory capacity, and you are a strong discussion partner for stakeholders and management.

Advantage: You have knowledge of or experience with BiSL, ArchiMate, PRINCE2, IPMA, Azure DevOps, and Jira.
