Service provider for you and your property manager

The amount of your bill will depend on a number of factors. As well as fixed and variable costs, we can also collect service costs for your property manager, such as for window cleaning, lift maintenance, etc. If you have questions regarding your bill we are always pleased to help. ista is not an energy company
Some people think that ista is an energy company, however this is not the case. We supply and install meters and record the energy use in your building on behalf of your property manager. We create an individual bill for each of the separate households. This bill is based on the actual energy used, the necessary information regarding the residents, the tariffs provided by the property manager and the total costs of the building to be allocated (for example the costs for the utility company’s services).
We provide our services to housing corporations, owners association managers, commercial property managers, private owners associations, administrators and installers.
