Here's what you can look forward to
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Design and provide APIs for other systems and frontend applications
- Contribute to architecture and design decisions with a focus on scalability and performance
- Collaborate with your cross-functional teammates to solve real-world challenges
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code – and help your colleagues do the same
- Drive CI/CD practices, observability, and operational excellence within the team
What we require of you
- At least 3 years of professional experience with Java and Spring Boot in production environments
- Solid understanding of modern backend architectures: REST, microservices, and event-driven systems
- You think in systems, not just in endpoints and functions
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar), Git workflows, and containerization
- Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and scaling of applications
- You value test coverage, automation, and clean interfaces
- Ideally, you use modern AI tools such as GPT, Copilot, etc., to enhance workflows, create content, analyze data, or automate tasks
- You stay calm under pressure, give constructive feedback in code reviews, and enjoy sharing your knowledge
- Optional: Experience with Angular in frontend development
