Here's what you can look forward to
- As Chapter Lead, you will be the disciplinary leader of the Chapter, focusing on coaching and development of your team members and the recruitment of new Chapter members
- You define standards, guidelines and best practices for the chapter and are responsible for the design and development of the chapter identity
- Lead a team of professionals to continuously improve and implement efficient processes for the business
- You continuously monitor and analyze process data to identify opportunities for optimization
- In coordination with the Tribe Lead, you will staff the squads and work closely with Product Owners and Tribe Lead to define priorities and focus for the different roles
- You ensure the team adheres to regulatory and compliance guidelines
- You exemplify an innovative mindset and act as a technical coach for chapter members
- You maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders
- You are responsible for the implementation of the expected team results
- You actively contribute your expertise in process, regulations & supply chain quality and work in one of the squads up to 50 % of your working time.
What we require of you
- Your experience in leading teams is characterized by a coach-oriented leadership style
- Several years of experience in the development and implementation of process regulations in a corporate environment
- With your strong communication skills, you always manage to win others over and inspire them - across all hierarchical levels
- You have deep understanding of applicable process management regulations and standards and are aware of current trends
- You have knowledge of relevant technologies, tools and working methods, and ideally have experience in an agile work environment
- You have a high willingness to learn and change
- You have strong analytical skills as well as your pragmatic and action-oriented way of working
- You are business fluent in English and German
- You have leadership experience and you are strongly team orientated
- You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
